Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8am – 4pm | On-Call Cycle
Jobs Location: Cheboygan, MI Region
Salary: Range $25 - $35 Per Hour | Pay is Doubled When Active “On-Call”

Job Summary and Duties:
• Complete service of heating and cooling systems
• and cooling systems to determine problems.
• Repair heating and cooling systems on site, including emergency repairs
• Perform routine maintenance for heating and cooling systems including cleaning and adjustments to HVAC systems as well as identifying maintenance risks on equipment
• Ensure that systems are operating at the highest energy efficiencies possible.
• Keep accurate work logs: job sites, time, equipment, materials, and recommendations for follow-up.
• Work with minimal supervision, applying your skills and independent decision making in a manner that will provide superior quality work for the customer.
• Use equipment, materials, tools, and your time in a manner that demonstrates care and personal responsibility.
• Service customers in a polite, respectful, and professional manner.
• Be aware of safety concerns, knowledgeable of safety practices, and adhere to safety protocol.
Qualifications and Skills
• Possess a valid Michigan driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs., climbing up and down ladders, and flexible enough to fit into tight places.
• Skilled at using power and hand tools.
• Available to work overtime, nights, weekends, or holidays on a rotational on-call basis.
• You must be able to perform basic mathematical functions necessary for the construction trades.
• Excellent and effective communication skills - oral and written.
